Circles and Jumps!

Talia is so interactive at 16 months ..... she learns a new trick every week. Her circles are pretty good. She can do clockwise, counterclockwise, and while sitting! It took me awhile to figure out what she was attempting to do though one evening - little did I know she was "jumping"! See for yourself.

We LOVE 16-month old Talia! She is the sweetest, most playful, tease in the world. She learns something new every single day and is quite vocal as we expected. It is never difficult to tell what she wants, although she seems to have trouble deciding what she wants sometimes. She is definitely accustomed to a routine and has a fantastic memory. So much so..... that she 1) yells for the mail every time we pull up in the driveway; 2) requests to brush her teeth every time we pass the bathroom; 3) runs to her highchair for dinner every time we get home from work; 4) Roars when she spots the Nittany Lion bumper sticker; 5) innocently telling us "No" when she spots something we told her "No" about in the past; and on and on.....

Grandma's Pumpkin Patch Part 2

Talia spent last Friday evening at Grandma's Pumpkin Patch again. SO MUCH FUN!

She's grown since last year, but the height difference isn't that noticeable, eh?

What a fun new way to use the shopping cart! Uh-oh, what has Daddy started?

This is my house Daddy! No boys allowed!

Foliage at Whiting Forest

We took a stroll through Whiting Forest this afternoon before Tally's nap. The foliage is beautiful right now in Midland and it's been about 75 degrees all week. PERFECT! Talia enjoyed the little forts and log homes built just her size!

Enjoying the Autumn

It's football season, and although we don't like the Buckeyes.... we do like Talia's impression of "The Tressel".

We've been blessed with some phenomenal Autumn weather. Bike rides, playgrounds, and front yard frolicking are pretty common every evening!

Pumpkins!

Taylor's Birthday Party

Talia attended her very first big-girl birthday party last weekend. Her friend Taylor turned 3 years old and had her party at a park, complete with playgrounds, cake, presents, and a pinata!
Talia made a great friend at the party - a six-year old older sister. She followed her around everywhere and would reach out for her to hold her hand. Too cute.

The Chase

Talia's favorite game is chasing. Chasing Daddy, chasing Mommy, being chased by Daddy, being chased by Mommy - insert any person and the result is the same. Walking is soooo yesterday - She loves running!
