Midland Summer has Arrived!

The skies are blue, clear, and the highs will be in the upper 70's, low 80's until September! We spent the entire weekend outside. On Friday, Talia met up with Aiden and Kora for her first Loons baseball game of the year. Saturday brought a stroller jog, sprinkler and pool fun at home, and the Splash Park with Caden. Sunday meant long bike rides to Cafe Zinc, church, and a playground. We finished the weekend up with a great game of croquet in the front yard.

We rode our bikes to the Loons game. As we were unlocking them to go, Talia made a game out of running through the bike racks. She cried "wanna go through holes" as we were leaving.

Week in Review

What a week at the Diffendal household. Talia then Daddy battled the summer flu starting Saturday, ending Thursday. Mommy escaped what appeared to be the inevitable. Throughout it all, we captured a few pictures worth sharing. Enjoy!

It's football season, and although we don't like the Buckeyes.... we do like Talia's impression of "The Tressel".

We've been blessed with some phenomenal Autumn weather. Bike rides, playgrounds, and front yard frolicking are pretty common every evening!
