This morning Talia bumped her toe while playing with the blocks. She came over to me, said "ouch my foot", sat on my lap, hled up her foot and said "Ms Christy kiss it, kiss my toe." I then attempted to kiss my hand and put it on her foot only to have Talia say, "no, kiss it." It took many attempts and distractions to get out of that one!

A New Type of Post: School Newswire
Every day, Talia brings a note home from school detailing her day. The teacher recalls something special about the day and it's often quite amusing. I figured it would be fun to start sharing some of the better ones we receive with everyone else!
7/26/11:
Today, Talia's musical expressions reached a new level..... we were singing a made up song to a familiar tune and she took right over and added her own verse to the correct beat. She sang her new song over and over again, keeping the words the same each time!
