Happy Valentine's Day sweetheart. It's difficult to put into words how much love you bring into Mommy and Daddy's world. Since we cannot stop time and keep you this age forever, perhaps we can capture the moment with a letter of 'favorites' that will remind us of just a few of the reasons we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE you.
We LOVE your belly laugh that makes its appearance most often when you are tickled. We LOVE that you love to be tickled and cannot help yourself but request "more kickles", even when the ticklefest is already 5 minutes old. We LOVE that you have such an enormous vocabulary - you amaze us with big-girl words like "Knight, Mushroom, Upside Down, and of course Pumpernickel". We LOVE that you have an incredible memory and an amazing set of ears, even when it means you hear the water running upstairs and cannot stop requesting "tubby" until you get what you want. We LOVE that you enjoy reading books. We LOVE your pigtails that make you look like Abby from Sesame Street. We LOVE that you love to sing and you have a beautiful voice. We LOVE how you have the habit of answering every question now with "yeah, okay". We LOVE to chase you around the house and enjoy watching your scared reaction to Daddy chases. We LOVE that you have become quite the hugger, and will pat our back during the embrace. We LOVE that you seem to be infatuated with finding "bugs" in the house and must stop everything until you've put them in the "ba-bage (garbage)". We LOVE that you still say "Hi" and "Bye Bye" to everything, regardless of whether it should receive a greeting.
