We would like to pause Talia's life once again at this age. She is so fun right now. She has definitely entered the "watch what you say" stage as she repeats EVERYTHING, and sometimes hours or days after she heard it. She is truly speaking in sentences, using adjectives to describe what she sees (wet rag, blue ball, big cookie) and has started to understand pronouns (using "I" instead of "Talia"). She amazes us daily.
She probably knows the words to about 15 songs and will break out into song when playing independently with her dolls or stuffed animals. Her best friend continues to be Elmo, and she has begun to talk to him as as friend; "I'm eating tomatoes Elmo", "I'm running Elmo", "I'm putting a puzzle together Elmo", etc. This morning, while getting dressed, she saw rain falling out the window.... stood up and held Elmo to the window and said "Look Elmo, it's raining". Too cute.
