At one point, we were hoping to update our blog daily during our vacation, but that turned out to be difficult with all of the activities that we had planned. But that's OK, we'll just go back after the fact and make some posts to share some of the details of our trip.
It's obvious that Alysia planned Talia's outfits with our excursion to Paris in mind - why else would Talia look like such a fashionista. I gotta say that Paris was a natural fit with T.

Since our time in Paris was brief (basically 1 1/2 days), we decided to go on a double-decker bus tour during our main day in the city. The bus went on a 2 hour tour loop through the city, going by some of the more famous sites like the Eifel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Arc de Triomphe. We broke our time on the bus by getting off at the Notre Dame stop to tour the cathedral and also get some lunch (mmmm.... Crepes!). Talia snoozed at Notre Dame and also at the restaurant, but otherwise was up for the entire day. Shortly after she woke up, we found a cute little park just across the river from Notre Dame where Talia got some pics taken. Overall, T did a great job on the long day of bus-riding and picture-taking.
Her favorite moment in Paris was undoubtedly seeing the Eifel Tower on our first night in the city, lit up beautifully. Just before finding the tower, we had a fun moment in a narrow Paris alleyway where Talia had an impromptu "photo shoot" since the alley was perfect Parisisan scenery.
Until next time...
